Heart Moves

is a low to moderate exercise program suitable for anyone who hasn't done any exercise in a while.

Heart Moves is a program developed by the National Heart Foundation, NSW Health Department and the Hunter Area Health Service.

Session times:

Monday 9.30am

Tuesday 1.00pm

Friday 9.30am
